
With increased global familiarity of the far eastern kitchen, the demand in western markets for local restaurants serving ‘authentic’ Asian food has grown. This, together with the increased awareness of the dietary advantages of gluten-free products, has made rice noodles and sheets (for wraps and rolls) particularly popular.
However, they were only available for import in their dry form, restricting noodle width, strength, and durability. Pre-cooking before use and portioning them into serving sizes requires manpower and opens the products to risk of contamination.

The unique smooth, soft texture of the noodles enables better absorption of sauces, and the gluten-free recipe is enriched with protein for enhanced nutritional value.
We have also made life easier for chefs and kitchen staff, with innovative single-portion packaging that enables use straight from the refrigerator, without the need for pre-heating, and no handling of the actual noodles.
