While the market for Asian food products has been gaining

Creating a solution made from fresh, locally-sourced, kosher
ingredients, to replace the dry varieties traditionally used, Fresh Asia bases its production on the traditional stretching technology used to produce ramen noodles for soups, but has modified its production line to produce egg-based and vegan noodles that can be used in stir fry dishes, which are popular with western customers.

Thanks to our specially modified recipes, our wheat noodles have excellent sauce absorption capabilities and are sturdy, so they can withstand changing conditions during delivery, storage, preparation and even hours in warming trays.
Significantly shortening preparation and kitchen staffing, products are supplied in easy-to-use, portion-sized packaging that requires zero handling, improving food safety. Noodles can be used straight from the refrigerator without pre-heating, and if frozen need only have boiling water poured over them to defrost in seconds. Thanks to our innovative techniques, they also have a longer shelf life than traditional fresh noodles.
